Let me quickly tell you about how I managed to end up here. I got my first start painting back when I was 18 years old, growing up in small town Northern BC.
That first summer home from college I learned all about proper painting procedures while saving up for my upcoming university courses in the fall. After that I began running my own student painting franchise (the largest painting franchisor in Canada with 300+ locations). Through painting hundreds of residential homes and commercial businesses (operating in 2 cities simultaneously), I was recognized as one of the top performing franchisees in Western Canada and achieved a client referral rating of over 97%. Since back then I’ve changed professions and career paths a few times, but painting has always been there.
I’ve also acquired certifications and knowledge in a few other areas besides painting! To name a few: I was the Okanagan Regional Manager for the largest windshield repair company in North America, I became a Journeyman Steamfitter/Pipefitter, I worked in Business Development & Sales for a new APP/start-up, and until recently I worked for 5 years in a general management role for 2 different networks of retail stores in the exploding cannabis industry. Very happy to have myself back where it all began… PAINTING!
Cole from the Little Paint Co. painted our 2 story home, brightening up a decade of dark paint and made it new again. He came to work every morning on time, was incredibly prepared, meticulous and had an excellent work ethic. Every evening we received an update on work completed, and communicated types of paint used and what he was working on the next day.
